Minimum Language Requirements for Express Entry

Are you ready to take the next step towards your Canadian dream?
If you’re considering applying for Express Entry, demonstrating your language proficiency is a crucial requirement that can significantly boost your points in the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). To showcase your skills in English or French, you have several approved language tests to choose from. Here’s a quick overview of the options available:
English:
CELPIP: Take the CELPIP-General test.
IELTS: Choose the IELTS General Training option (please note that the IELTS One Skill Retake is not accepted).
PTE Core: Make sure to opt for the PTE Core test.
French:
TEF Canada: The Test d’évaluation de français.
TCF Canada: The Test de connaissance du français.
