Thousands of International Students in Canada Face Deportation, Sparking Nationwide Protests

Canada is seeing nationwide protests as over 70,000 international student graduates face deportation due to new federal policies. Many who came with dreams of a new life now find their futures in limbo.

The Naujawan Support Network, a student advocacy group, warns that graduates may be deported when their work permits expire at the end of the year. This comes after the government introduced immigration changes, including study permit restrictions.

The impact has been devastating, leaving students with heavy debts and shattered hopes of permanent residency.
